Douglas C-54 Skymaster adalah pesawat bermesin empat digunakan oleh Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat saat Perang Dunia II . Seperti C-47 Skytrain, C-54 dimodifikasi dari pesawat komersial DC-4 . C-54 memulai pelayanan militer pada tahun 1942 dengan kemampuan menerbangkan 26 penumpang. Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat juga menggunakan pesawat yang sama tetapi di bawah seri R5D . C-54 itu kebanyakan digunakan untuk transpotasi ketika perang. Sebanyak 515 unit telah dibangun di Santa Monica, California sementara sebanyak 655 buah itu di Chicago, Illinois . Setelah Perang Dunia II, C-54 melanjutkan layanannya dengan pesawat pengangkut untuk Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat
