Boja adalah desa di kecamatan Boja, Kendal, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Boja berjarak sekitar 27 kilometer dari Kota Semarang.
Sebuah kota kecil dengan penduduk kurang lebih 6,000 jiwa dengan tingkat densitas 500 jiwa/km2, wilayah Desa Boja membentang dari timur di Pertigaan Jamban hingga ke barat di Pasar Boja dan dari Dusun Sembung di selatan hingga Dusun Ngadibolo di sebelah utara.
Wilayah Desa Boja hampir 65% adalah permukiman dan sisanya adalah persawahan dan lahan kebun masyarakat. Desa Boja terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) dusun, yaitu: 1) Dusun Jagalan, 2) Dusun Sapen, 3) Dusun Gentan Lor, 4) Dusun Gentan Kidul, 5) Dusun Kauman, 6) Dusun Gedangan, 7) Dusun Penaton, 8) Dusun Pilang, 9) Dusun Klesem, dan 10) Dusun Ngadibolo.
Sarana pendidikan yang ada di Desa Boja meliputi: 1) SD Negeri Boja 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7; 2) SD Muhammadiyah; dan 3) MI Al Maarif NU untuk sarana pendidikan dasar. Untuk sarana pendidikan menengah adalah: 1) SMP 1 Boja, 2) SMP Muhammadiyah, 3) MTs Al Maarif NU, dan SMP PGRI. Sedangkan sarana pendidikan atas antara lain: 1) SMA Muhammadiyah Boja, 2) MA Al Maarif NU, 3) SMA PGRI Boja, dan 4) SMK Widya Nusantara.
Dia berhasil mengantarkan Boja sebagai desa yang memperoleh predikat desa swasembada. Dan pada tahun 1984 menjadikan Boja sebagai lokasi pencanangan daerah bebas buta huruf oleh Gubernur Jawa Tengah HM. Ismail.
