Big Bang adalah album studio Jepang kedua dari boy band asal Korea Selatan, Big Bang, yang dirilis pada 19 Agustus 2009.[1][2]

Produksi

Produksi album dimulai dengan rilisnya singel Jepang pertama Big Bang, "My Heaven",[3] pada Juni 2009.[4] Lagu ini cukup sukses, kemudian singel kedua yang berjudul "ガラガラ GO!!"[5][6] (Gara Gara Go!!) dirilis. Sebulan kemudian, dilaporkan bahwa singel telah terjual sebanyak 30.000 kopi.[4] Big Bang lalu menyelesaikan proses rekaman album ini pada akhir Juli. Lagu "Love Club" menjadi satu-satunya lagu dalam bahasa Inggris.

Kinerja tangga lagu

Album Big Bang debut di Tangga Lagu Harian Oricon pada posisi nomor 2[1] dengan penjualan lebih dari 12.000 kopi pada hari pertama.[7] Album ini menempati posisi nomor 3 di Tangga Lagu Mingguan Oricon.[1]
