Bidvest Group Limited adalah perusahaan jasa, perdagangan, dan distribusi asal Afrika Selatan. Bidvest didirikan pada tahun 1988 oleh Brian Joffe dan resmi melantai di Bursa efek Johannesburg pada tahun 1990. Bidvest memiliki kepemilikan yang signifikan di lebih dari 300 perusahaan.[1] Bidvest Group Limited berkantor pusat di Johannesburg, Afrika Selatan, dan mempekerjakan sekitar 137.000 orang.

Pada Mei 2016, divisi layanan makanan Bidvest dipisahkan, untuk membentuk grup sendiri, yakni Bidcorp Group.[2]

Bidvest Bank, sebuah bank asal Afrika Selatan juga merupakan anak perusahaan dari Bidvest.[3]

Kepemimpinan

DIreksi Bidvest terdiri dari empat belas anggota, yakni enam direktur eksekutif, satu direktur non-eksekutif, dan tujuh direktur independen non-eksekutif. Pada 23 Mei 2016, Lindsay Peter Ralphs ditunjuk sebagai Direktur utama Bidvest Group, setelah pemisahan Bidvest Food Services (sekarang dikenal sebagai Bidcorp Group). Sebelumnya, ia merupakan direktur utama Bidvest Afrika Selatan yang ditutup sejak tahun 2011. Ia sebelumnya juga pernah menjabat sebagai Direktur Operasional Bidvest, Direktur Bidvest Steiner, dan mendirikan Bidvest Jasa.
