Berenike dari Kilikia, juga dikenal sebagai Yulia Berenike dan terkadang disebut Bernike (bahasa Yunani: Βερενίκη, Bereníkē; 28 M – setelah 81), adalah seorang ratu klien Yahudi dari Kekaisaran Romawi pada paruh kedua abad ke-1. Bernike adalah anggota Dinasti Herodian yang memerintah provinsi Yudea antara 39 SM dan 92 M. Ia adalah putri dari Raja Herodes Agripa I dan saudari dari Raja Herodes Agripa II.

Informasi tentang kehidupan dan latar belakangnya yang sedikit kebanyakan berasal dari sejarawan awal Flavius Josephus, yang mengisahkan sejarah orang Yahudi dan menulis catatan Pemberontakan Yahudi tahun 67. Suetonius, Tacitus, Dio Cassius, Aurelius Victor dan Juvenal, juga mengisahkannya. Ia juga disebutkan dalam Kisah Para Rasul 25:13; 23; 26:30.
