Buya Kiai Haji Drs. Basri Bermanda, M.B.A. (lahir 1944)[1] adalah seorang ulama Indonesia. Ia merupakan Wakil Ketua Umum Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) periode 2020-2025 dan Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan Pimpinan Pusat Persatuan Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERTI) periode 2022-2027. Sebelumnya ia menjabat sebagai Ketua Umum PERTI.

Pada Musyawarah Nasional ke-8 Tarbiyah pada tahun 2006, Ia terpilih sebagai Ketua Umum Pengurus Besar (PB) Persatuan Tarbiyah Islamiyah periode 2006-2011, menggantikan ketua umum sebelumnya, H. Azwar Anas. Sebelumnya ia menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Mustasyar Pengurus Besar Persatuan Tarbiyah Islam.[2][3] Ia terpilih kembali secara aklamasi dalam Musyawarah Nasional ke-9 Tarbiyah di Jambi, pada tanggal 23-25 September 2011 sebagai Ketua PB Tarbiyah periode 2011-2016.[4] Pada Muktamar-Munas Bersama PERTI-Tarbiyah, Ia terpilih sebagai Ketua Umum Pimpinan Pusat Tarbiyah-Perti periode 2016-2021.[5]

Buya Basri yang juga merupakan salah seorang ketua MUI Pusat ini[6][7] juga menjabat Wakil Ketua Ikatan Persaudaraan Haji Indonesia (IPHI) Pusat.[8]

Sosial kemasyarakatan

Dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan, Basri Bermanda juga pernah menjabat Wakil Ketua Dewan Penasehat Persatuan Keluarga Daerah Piaman (PKDP), suatu organisasi masyarakat Minangkabau perantauan yang berasal dari Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dan Kota Pariaman di seluruh Indonesia/dunia.[9]
