Barobbo adalah bubur khas Sulawesi Selatan yang berbahan utama Jagung yang dicampur dengan ikan dan berbagai macam sayuran seperti labu kuning, kacang panjang, dan bayam. Jagung yang digunakan biasanya adalah jagung pulut putih atau jagung kuning.[1][2]

Manfaat

Barobbo memiliki sumber vitamin, serat, mineral, dan zat antioksidan yang sangat kaya. Zat antioksidan ini dapat mengurangi risiko kanker. Berikut ini adalah kandungan gizi Barobbo[1][2]

Teknik Memasak

  • Jagung dipipil terlebih dahulu
  • Jagung yang sudah dipipil beserta air atau kaldu ayam dimasukkan kedalam panci kemudian dimasak sambil terus diaduk hingga meletup
  • Tambahkan bumbu seperti bawang putih, merica, dan garam
  • Tambahkan sayuran dan bahan-bahan lainnya, aduk rata[3][4][5][6][7]
