H. Azwir, S.Sos. (23 Juli 1956 – 2 Desember 2019) adalah seorang politikus Indonesia yang menjabat sebagai Bupati Aceh Selatan periode tahun 2018 hingga kematiannya pada tahun 2019.

Ia adalah birokrat karier yang meniti dari bawah, mulai dari jabatan eselon IV, III, II, sampai akhirnya menjabat sebagai PJ Bupati Nagan Raya.
