Ayer Shwe Wah Company (bahasa Burma: ဧရာရွှေဝါကုမ္ပဏီ) adalah sebuah perusahaan Burma besar di bawah naungan Htoo Group of Companies.[1] Perusahaan tersebut adalah perusahaan swasta pertama yang diijinkan untuk mengekspor beras Burma ke Bangladesh dan Singapura pada 2005.[2] Markas besarnya terletak di Kotapraja Bahan, Yangon.[3] CEO Ayer Shwe Wah, Aung Thet Mann, adalah putra dari Shwe Mann, seorang mantan jenderal militer dan Ketua Pyithu Hluttaw.[2][3]

Perusahaan tersebut diberikan sanksi oleh pemerintahan Amerika Serikat sejak 18 Oktober 2007 karena hubungannya dengan pemerintahan junta militer.[4] Pada 15 Mei 2010, perusahaan tersebut memenangkan sebuah lisensi untuk mengoperasikan tempat-tempat pengisian gas di Myanmar, sebagai bagian dari upaya privatisasi Kementerian Energi.[5]
