Aya Ueto (上戸 彩, Ueto Aya, lahir 14 September 1985) adalah aktris, penyanyi, idola, dan tarento asal Jepang. Ueto pertama kali dikenal luas saat ia ikut serta dalam Kontes Kecantikan Pemudi Nasional se-Jepang (All-Japan National Young Beauty Contest) ke-tujuh, di mana dia memenangkan hadiah untuk Pilihan Khusus Para Juri. Debutnya ia awali pada usia tiga belas dalam film Satsujinsha Killer of Paraiso. Pada tahun 1999, dia dan sesama peserta Kontes Kecantikan Pemudi Nasional se-Jepang, Mami Nejiki, Mai Fujiya, dan Manami Nishiwaki, membentuk sebuah grup band Z-1 yang tidak bertahan lama. [butuh rujukan]

Pada tahun 2002, setelah mereka bubar, Ueto meneruskan karier musik sebagai penyanyi solo di bawah label Pony Canyon, dengan debutnya "Pureness". Terobosan datang ketika Aya berperan sebagai gadis menderita kelainan identitas gender dalam seri drama ke-6 dari TBS berjudul 3 nen B gumi Kinpachi-sensei. [butuh rujukan]

Kinerja Aya yang sangat dikritisi membawa dirinya ke dalam beberapa peran di drama TV. Akhirnya menjadikan dia menjadi Wajah yang Mudah Dikenal di Jepang.[1] Dia juga mencoba ke layar lebar dalam film sukses karya sutradara terkenal Ryuhei Kitamura pada tahun 2003 berjudul Azumi dan kelanjutannya, Azumi 2: Death or Love pada tahun 2005.[butuh rujukan]
