Axel Kicillof (bahasa Spanyol: [ˈaksel kisiˈlof], lahir 25 September 1971) adalah seorang ekonom dan politikus Argentina yang menjabat sebagai Gubernur Provinsi Buenos Aires sejak tahun 2019.

Kicillof pernah menjabat sebagai Menteri Ekonomi Argentina dari tahun 2013 hingga 2015 pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, dan juga sebagai anggota Dewan Perwakilan Nasional Argentina perwakilan Buenos Aires dari 2015 hingga 2019.^[1]^[2]

Ia disebut-sebut sebagai "pakar ekonomi yang menawan hati Cristina Kirchner,”^[3] dan merupakan sosok yang berperan penting dalam kebijakan renasionalisasi YPF pada tahun 2012.^[4]

Kicillof merupakan penganut ekonomi Keynesian dan sudah mengagumi Cristina Kirchner dan mendiang suaminya yang juga pernah menjadi presiden, Nestor Kirchner, sejak Kicillof masih menjadi mahasiswa dan anggota kelompok pemuda pro-Kirchner, La Cámpora. Sebagai profesor ilmu ekonomi di Universitas Buenos Aires, ia merupakan pengkritik kebijakan neo-liberal Mauricio Macri yang memerintah dari tahun 2015 hingga 2019.^[5]
