Archibald Philip Primrose, 5th Earl of Rosebery, 1st Earl of Midlothian, KG, KT, PC, FRS (7 Mei 1847 – 21 Mei 1929) adalah seorang politikus dan negarawan Partai Liberal Inggris yang menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri Britania Raya dari 5 Maret 1895 sampai 22 Juni 1895. Pada periode antara kematian ayahnya, tahun 1851, dan kematian kakeknya, the 4th Earl, pada 1868, ia diberi gelar kehormatan Lord Dalmeny.

Rosebery adalah seorang Imperialis Liberal yang mendorong pertahanan nasional yang kuat dan imperialisme di luar negeri dan reformasi sosial di dalam negeri, selain sebagai seorang anti-sosialis yang fanatik. Para sejarawan mendakwanya gagal sebagai menteri luar negeri^[1] dan sebagai perdana menteri.^[2]^[3]
