Anak janda dari Zarefat

Anak janda dari Zarefat adalah seorang pemuda yang tidak disebutkan namanya yang dibangkitkan Elia yang dicatat dalam 1 Raja-Raja pasal 17.

Sesudah itu anak dari perempuan pemilik rumah itu jatuh sakit dan sakitnya itu sangat keras sampai tidak ada nafasnya lagi. Kata perempuan itu kepada Elia: "Apakah maksudmu datang ke mari, ya abdi Allah? Singgahkah engkau kepadaku untuk mengingatkan kesalahanku dan untuk menyebabkan anakku mati?" (1 Raja–Raja 17:17–18)

Lalu ia mengunjurkan badannya di atas anak itu tiga kali, dan berseru kepada TUHAN, katanya: "Ya TUHAN, Allahku! Pulangkanlah kiranya nyawa anak ini ke dalam tubuhnya." TUHAN mendengarkan permintaan Elia itu, dan nyawa anak itu pulang ke dalam tubuhnya, sehingga ia hidup kembali. (1 Raja–Raja 17:21–22)

Rabbi Eliezer ben Hyrcanus, yang juga disebut sebagai Rabbi Eliezer Hagadol, menyatakan bahwa putra yang dibangkitkan oleh Elia adalah nabi Yunus, yang dikenal karena masuk dalam perut ikan raksasa.^[1] Para komentator membanding-bandingkannya dengan kisah pembangkitan anak janda dari Nain dalam Injil Lukas.^[2] Mukjizat tersebut digambarkan dalam lukisan-lukisan dinding sinagog Dura.^[3]
