Altair BASIC adalah sebuah penerjemah untuk bahasa pemrograman BASIC yang beroperasi di MITS Altair 8800 dan komputer bus S-100 selanjutnya. Penerjemah ini merupakan produk pertama Microsoft (dengan nama Micro-Soft) dan didistribusikan oleh MITS melalui kontrak. Altair BASIC adalah awal dari jajaran produk Microsoft BASIC.
