Kecelakaan Allied Air Cargo Penerbangan DHV-3 terjadi pada Sabtu tanggal 2 Juni 2012 sekitar pukul 19:15 waktu setempat[1] di Bandara Internasional Kotoka, Accra, Ghana. Pesawat kargo Boeing 727 yang dioperasikan oleh Allied Air menuju landasan pacu saat mendarat dan menabrak pagar dan kemudian menabrak sebuah minibus yang penuh penumpang di jalan raya. Seluruh kru yang berjumlah 4 orang selamat tetapi sebelas orang yang berada di bus dan sebuah sepeda tewas.[2][3]
