Alexander Helios (bahasa Yunani: Ἀλέξανδρος Ἥλιος; akhir 40 SM – tidak diketahui, namun mungkin antara 29 dan 25 SM)[1] adalah seorang pangeran Ptolemaik dan putra sulung dari pasangan ratu Makedonia Kleopatra VII dari Mesir Ptolemaik dan triumvir Romawi Markus Antonius. Saudari kembar Alexander adalah Cleopatra Selene II. Cleopatra menamainya dari nama Aleksander Agung. Nama keduanya dalam bahasa Yunani Kuno artinya "Matahari"; ini adalah counterpart dari nama kedua saudari kembarnya Selene (Σελήνη), artinya "Bulan".[2]
